1. Welcome to the Rapid Box Family
We’re stoked to have you here! When you use Rapid Box Prep, you're trusting us with your inventory, and we don't take that lightly. These terms are just here to make sure we're on the same page about how things work, keeping it simple, transparent, and fair for both of us. Think of it as the ground rules for our partnership.
2. What We Do For You
We act as your behind-the-scenes warehouse team. You send us your products, and we receive, prep, pack, and ship them according to your instructions (and the strict rules of marketplaces like Amazon, Shopify, or Walmart). We aim to get things moving as fast as humanly possible, keeping you in the loop via our dashboard.
3. Your Inventory, Your Rules (Mostly)
You always retain complete ownership of your inventory. We just hold onto it and prep it. However, please don't send us anything illegal, extremely dangerous, or highly hazardous. If it goes boom, melts down, or violates federal logistics laws, we can't accept it, and we'll have to return it to sender at your expense.
4. Pricing and Getting Paid
We charge for prep services, materials, and storage as outlined in your pricing agreement or directly on your dashboard. We believe in total transparency—no hidden fees, ever. We just ask that you pay your invoices on time so we can keep the lights on, the tape dispensers rolling, and the boxes flying out the door!
5. If Things Go Wrong
We're incredibly careful, but we're also human. If we make a mistake that damages your inventory while it is inside our facility, we'll work with you to make it right. But please note, we aren't responsible for damages caused by the shipping carriers (like UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight) on the way to us, or after the packages leave our loading dock.
